Presenting with Remo

Using Dual Monitors (Recommended)

1. Open PowerPoint and your internet browser with Remo on your main screen.
2. Start the slide show from the beginning.
3. Minimize PowerPoint Presenter View so that you can see Remo.
4. Select the Share icon from the menu bar at the bottom of Remo.
5. Choose "Window" from the Share Screen Menu and select the view with the PowerPoint Slide Show.
6. At the end of your presentation, click on "Stop sharing" or the Share icon in the Remo menu bar to stop sharing your screen.

Note: The presentation must be open and in Slide Show Mode. If it is minimized, it will not appear in the list.

Using a Single Monitor

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation and start the slide show from the beginning.
2. Using Alt+Tab, select the internet browser window that is running Remo.
3. Select the Share icon from the menu bar at the bottom of Remo.
4. Choose "Window" from the Share Screen Menu and select the view with the PowerPoint Slide Show.
5. At the end of your presentation, click on "Stop sharing" or the Share icon in the Remo menu bar to stop sharing your screen.

Note: The presentation must be open and in Slide Show Mode. If it is minimized, it will not appear in the list.

Note: You won't be able to see both your PowerPoint and Remo (or any other application) at the same time. If you'd like to keep track of the Chat or Q&A during your presentation, you'll need to switch back and forth between the two applications using Alt+Tab.
