About Pankesh:
Pankesh Patel, P.E., PMP – Project Manager, NJDOT. Mr. Patel has managed a broad range of highway, bridge, traffic and civil engineering infrastructure projects through scope, design, and construction with over 28 years with NJDOT. Professional societies have recognized his award winning projects such as: Route 36 Highlands Bridge Replacement and Route 70 over Manasquan River Bridge Replacement. He is now managing the Route 72 Manahawkin Bay Bridges projects. Prior to becoming project manager he worked in construction management for 10 years. Before joining the Department, he worked for a design consultant in NJ. Pankesh has a BS in Civil Engineering from NJIT and MS in Engineering Management from NJIT. He is a Certified Public Manager, registered as a Professional Engineer, and Project Management Professional. He is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and as a Project Management Professional with Project Management Institute.
