2017 ASHE SNJ Scholarship Golf Outing

The annual ASHE SNJ golf outing helps to fund the scholarships that are given out each year to students of southern New Jersey. Your support and generous donations have allowed ASHE SNJ to give out $183,000 in scholarships to date. This year, we awarded one (1) $1,000 and three (3) $2,000  scholarships. We hope to increase awards next year. Please join us at Ramblewood County Club on July 19^th for a day of golfing, networking, and just plain fun. With your support, we can help future engineers!

Schedule

11:30 AM to 1:00 PM – Lunch will be indoors this year after last year’s wind storm debacle.
1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Shotgun Start
6:00PM to 8:00 PM – Dinner and Raffle Prizes.  Dinner will include a Pig Roast.

Cost

Registration will close on Friday, July 14th to finalize the numbers for Ramblewood. Refunds cannot be made after registration closes. Please contact Matt with any concerns.

• $175 for a single golfer – lunch and dinner included
• $650 for a foursome ($50 savings) – lunch and dinner included
• $850 for a foursome with a Hole Sponsorship ($100 savings) – lunch and dinner included
• $45 for dinner only

Sponsorship Opportunities

As donations are made, the company will be listed on the website and included in email announcements. Please coordinate with Mike Frabizzio (mfrabizzio@aidpe.com) if you have any questions.

• Beverage Sponsor ($200) – A sign with the company logo will be placed at the beverage station location during golf.
• Hole Sponsor ($250 per hole) – A sign with the company logo will appear at the hole tee box.
• Lunch Sponsor ($500) – The company logo will be part of the PowerPoint shown on the screen during lunch. Company will be acknowledged for their sponsorship during Opening Announcements.
• Dinner Sponsor ($750) – The company logo will be part of the PowerPoint shown on the screen during dinner. Company will be acknowledged for their sponsorship during awards and closing announcements.

Raffle Prize Donations

Are you or your company interested in donating a raffle prize to benefit our scholarship fundraiser? Donated items will be included in the raffle prize drawings. You can decorate the prize, wrap it up, paste your logo all over it, or whatever you want to do to advertise your company. The prize could be a box of company golf balls, clubs, a television, company tickets to a sporting event, etc. All we ask is that the prize value has a minimum value of $50. Don’t you worry, we will have the infamous arrangement of ASHE SNJ Door Prizes (fishing poles, tennis rackets, etc.) available for your choosing. Prizes will be on display during the event and awarded at the end of the night. Prizes should be given to Carrie by June 30, 2017 to be included in the raffle. If the prize will be wrapped, she needs to know the prize.

NEW THIS YEAR – Each prize will have its own bucket for attendees to purchase tickets and drop them into the bucket for the prize that they want to try to win.

As of June 14, 2017, Raffle prizes currently donated are:

• Taylor Wiseman & Taylor - Four (4) tickets with parking to the Miami Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies game on Wednesday, September 13th @ 7:05 pm.
• McCormick Taylor - Two (2) Philadelphia Flyers tickets with Parking. Game TBD
• ARC Document Solutions - Two (2) tickets to the New York Yankees vs Seattle Mariners on Saturday, August 26th @ 1:00 pm.
• T&M Associates - Four (4) tickets to the New York Yankees vs Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday, July 26th @ 1:05 pm.  Parking pass and access to the Audi Club included.
• Promatech - Restaurant Gift Card TBD.

Prizes

• 1^st Place Prize Medals will be given out to the team with the lowest team score.
• 2^nd Place Prize Medals will be given out to the team with the second lowest team score.

Contests

• Longest Drive (Men) is included with your registration.
• Longest Drive (Women) is included with your registration.
• Closest to the Pin is included with your registration.
• Putting Contest will be $5 per putt. The prize will be a gift certificate for a foursome with a cart rental at Ramblewood Country Club. In the event of a tie, each person will get one chance at one (1) 30 foot putt. Closest person will win. Winner of coin toss will determine putting order.
• 50/50 Prize raffle tickets will be sold throughout the event. Tickets will be 3 tickets for $5 or an arm’s length for $20 (minimum of 12 tickets).
