An Overview of Forensic Engineering in 2018: New Technology and Ethical Considerations

Using actual “forensic engineering” case examples, the attendees with be provided an overview of some of the new technology used in the collection and engineering analysis of data; as well as the manner in which this data is presented to a Trier of Fact. The case examples will also include ethical considerations that arise when working on forensic matters including data handling, storing and analysis, dealing with clients, dealing with the “other side,” and testifying in court.
