For this year's ethics presentation, we are pleased to present an analysis of the most common ethics violations through real-world case studies. The presentation will cover real-life scenarios of actual recorded ethics violations.
Carol Martsolf, PE, PMP, CPTD, LEED AP, M.ASCE is Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for Urban Engineers, Inc. (Urban Training Institute). A graduate of Temple University and a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience, Ms. Martsolf has utilized her technical expertise and career knowledge to create the Urban Training Institute and develop dynamic training programs. Under her leadership, the Institute quickly evolved into an award-winning and highly-respected institution. Carol is currently Director of Region 2 of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and Past Chair of MOSAIC, the diversity, equity, and inclusion arm of ASCE. Carol is also the Chair of the Delaware County Sustainability Commission, and is an elected official of her home town.
She has developed and executed various extensive leadership and project management programs for Urban Engineers, SEPTA, Amtrak, the Philadelphia Streets Department, Philadelphia International Airport, PennDOT, and other clients, to help them achieve organizational strategic goals and enhance leadership growth and development.
