As hybrid and remote work environments become more prevalent, artificial intelligence (AI) is playing a growing role in how some work is performed. This session explores the ethical questions that arise when employees rely on AI tools outside traditional office settings. Attendees will examine issues such as responsible use of generative AI, transparency in AI-assisted work, data privacy in home offices, bias and fairness in AI outputs, and ethical oversight. Through case studies and discussions, participants will learn how to maintain integrity, build trust, and make ethically sound decisions while implementing AI in the hybrid workplace. The course equips attendees with the skills to use AI tools effectively and ethically.
