Student Resume Workshop & Transportation Trivia Social

Join us for a fun night of trivia & a student resume workshop at the Flying Pig Tap & Tavern in Bordentown!

This isn’t just a social event — it’s a chance to connect, collaborate, and grow. Whether you're looking to make new industry connections, find your next hire or intern, or simply enjoy some time with colleagues, this event has something for everyone.

Student Resume Workshop @ 5:15 pm

A presentation will allow students the opportunity to learn tips and recommendations for putting together a winning resume! Students are invited to drop off a copy of their resume for a post-event review for recommendations and suggestions to be made by an industry professional. Once comments have been delivered and edits are incorporated, each student will be invited to submit their final resume to to be included in the ASHE SNJ Fall 2026 Resume Book for circulation to our member firms — an excellent way to get your name in front of potential employers. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry professionals in a relaxed, casual setting, while also enjoying time with fellow students. 

Transportation Trivia @ 6:00 pm

Join ASHE SNJ at 6:00 PM for a high-energy night of Transportation Trivia! Test your knowledge across both transportation topics and general trivia. Whether you're a student breaking into the industry, an experienced engineer, or a trivia enthusiast, come show off your smarts, enjoy some friendly competition, and claim ultimate bragging rights!

Teams are encouraged and limited to 6 people — feel free to form them ahead of time or we'll work to team you up with other eager professionals and students night-of. Come for the networking, stay for the fun!

Social

Each professional attendee (21+ years of age) will be provided one drink ticket included with registration. Any additional drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.  Light food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for students.

Cost

Registrations changed after the registration closing deadline will be charged the Non-Member price.

*The registration fee will be reimbursed with an Amazon gift card at the event. This policy helps ensure accurate headcounts and prevents no-shows, allowing as many students as possible to attend.
