The student chapter competition will utilize a Concept Development Report provided by NJDOT to prepare a proposal for the Preliminary Engineering phase of a highway project. They will work as a Team, one Team per Student Chapter, to develop the proposal over the course of the Fall and Spring 2024-2025 semesters. |

SUBMIT A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING PROPOSAL TO
ADDRESS SAFETY AND TRAFFIC OPERATIONAL CONCERNS AT THE
BORDENTOWN AVENUE (CR 615), BURLEW PLACE
AND EUGENE BLVD INTERCHANGES
ALL ASHE Student Chapters are invited to participate.
