On June 11, a tanker truck that was carrying about 8,500 gallons of gasoline from Wilmington, Delaware, to a gas station in Philadelphia lost control and flipped over on an off ramp.
Twelve days later, the damaged portion of I-95 reopened with six temporary lanes.

Archie Filshill is the founder of Aero Aggregates and manages the daily operations for the company. He has over 25 years of international experience in the geotechnical market, encompassing a vast range of experience in executive management, engineering, project management, construction, and manufacturing. Archie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and a Master of Science and Ph.D. from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He is an adjunct professor at Temple University in the Graduate Engineering School and past Chair of the Delaware Valley Geo-Institute. In 2023, Archie was named the Delaware Valley Engineer of the Year.
