The NJ Department of Transportation has been using pavement preservation treatments for more than 10 years. How’s it going? What lessons have been learned? How can you take some of the lessons learned and apply it to your pavement management, design, maintenance and preservation efforts? We will go over this and hopefully answer some of these questions.
Nusrat Morshed completed Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh. Nusrat Morshed completed her Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Rowan University, New Jersey. She has PE license in the state of New Jersey. She has over 13 years working experience at NJDOT. Currently Nusrat Morshed is working as Project Engineer in the Pavement Design Unit of NJDOT.
